Rosie Roo Designer Wellies launched in Australia in 2007. For years, founder Jacqui Wallbank searched for fun, fresh, practical-yet-fashionable gumboots that weren’t exactly the same as everyone else’s for her fashion-conscious daughters. Instead of giving up, Jacqui’s small-business background told her to make her own. Extensive market research confirmed the idea was right, and framed the quality and fashion expectations for them.

Rosie Roo offers gumboots for tweens, teens and adults in loads of funky colours and styles. Jacqui designs a new range every few months, so the “practical Imelda Marcoses” can have something new for the next festival, race, show or outdoor function.
